Rodrigue is the founder, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Morphean.
Since studying at School of Engineering of Fribourg, he directed the company Convertech for 5 years, specialising in global IT and web solution.
In 2000, Rodrigue co-founded Softcom Technologies SA, a leading swiss software company specialising in service platforms, cloud solutions and mobile applications, and a pioneer in the new 4.0 industry in Switzerland. Later in 2009 after obtaining his MBA, Rodrigue founded Morphean SA, a spin-off of Softcom Technologies SA, focusing on the development of hosted video surveillance, relying on forward thinking concepts such as machine learning, predictive analytics, IoT (Internet of Things) and big data. It revolutionised the traditional business model on the security market by imposing an "as a Service" platform.
His engineering background linked to his talent as a visionary entrepreneur allowing Morphean to win many prestigious awards, including the Innovation Award in the Start-up category awarded by the Canton of Fribourg, the label of High Potential SME of the Swiss Economic Forum and the Future Award, awarded by Axis Communications, world leader in IP cameras.
