2018 was a fantastic year for Morphean, and we have evolved organically to become the leading VSaaS provider in Europe.
As part of our significant growth in 2018 and growth plans for 2019 we have recognized the need to add new key resources to our Sales & Marketing functions to better support our expanding number of global partners in the rapidly developing VSaaS market.
We are excited to announce three new key appointments within the Sales and Marketing Team.
Maria-Luisa Scazzari has rejoined the company after a short period away and will assume the role of Key Account Manager for the Germany Speaking Marking. Maria has gained a wealth of knowledge during her three years with Morphean and will work in close cooperation with our market segment specialists for security, retail and ITC / Telecom to bring together account management and key industry knowledge and experience to support partner success.
Armelle Schmidt joined our company last fall from Nespresso and will re-direct our customer success management process to fully support our partners and ensure that the processes are clear, and the necessary support (training, presales, marketing …) is available and that every partner receives professional support and achieves the maximum level of success.
Eric Gagnaux has been part of Morphean for over 5 year and will assume the newly created role of Head of Sales Engineering overseeing technical training and pre and post sales support for our partner network and end customers. Eric will work with the extended Morphean team to provide localized support in all regions.
We are very much looking forward to implementing these changes and look forward to a successful year in 2019.
