Technical Account Manager

Flexible within Europe (Travel: Within European Countries)

Job Description:

Morphean is seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Account Manager to join our team and drive growth from our existing customers in the European region. The ideal candidate will be multilingual, with fluency in French & English. German speaking is also desirable. This remote based role involves promoting and supporting our security software solutions on a subscription basis, primarily targeting French-speaking regions and expanding across Europe. The candidate should have a proven track record in technical account management, particularly within the security software, IoT, cloud, and IT services.


Technical Expertise:

  • Develop a professional understanding and expertise in our cloud-based solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the technical features and benefits of our products to clients.
  • Have a strong understanding of technical system design including Video Surveillance, Access Control and Business Intelligence solutions.
  • Be able to provide technical support both in person and remotely.
  • Familiarity with IoT principles, cloud computing, and IT services.

Account Management:

  • Discuss commercial forecasts, manage general account tasks, and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify and cultivate new opportunities within the Morphean product range.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, consultants, and customers.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to address client needs effectively.
  • Partner closely with technical experts, product managers, and sales representatives to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Engage with a European team of professionals via video calls and work locally with your direct line manager regularly.
  • Participating at exhibitions and tradeshows.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
  • Independence: Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Technical: Experience with computer programming languages is viewed as an asset.

    Additional Information:

    This is a remote-based role in Europe with the opportunity to work from home. A suitable home office space is required for this position with hardware provided by the business.
