Our Commercial Employee

The Commercial Employee oversees the ongoing operation with our Vendors, Purchases and Payroll in Switzerland and Europe.

Morphean is looking after a Commercial Employee disciplined, reliable and precise to operate all financial and administrative activities within the G&A department.

Specific responsibilities include:

Document receipts, scan and filing

• Enter vendor invoices into accounting system on timely basis
• Coordinate department level approval for purchase orders
• Pay vendors twice a month
• Employee expense report processing
• Reconcile credit card to supporting documents
• Reconcile payments to open invoices
• Set up vendor in accounting software
• Vendors ERP cards maintenance
• Filing emails and related documents
• Answer vendors administration questions
• Payroll coordination with HR partners
• Corporate Credit Card Management
• Request new cards
• Manage annual renewal process for insurances
• Complete insurance applications
• Certificate of Insurance (COI) management
• Existing contracts administration and filing
• Contacts list update
• Weekly bank statements coding in the ERP and cash collection report on account receivable reconciliation

Support accountant in monthly closing

Required Skillset and Experience

The Commercial Employee will have the following experience and attributes:

• Federal VET Diploma of Commercial Employee
• Experience in Vendors and Purchase administration with Microsoft Business Central
• Experience in Payroll and HR administration

• Energetic, flexible, collaborative, and proactive; a team member who can positively and productively impact financial and administrative process
